This unique property was built in 1984 and extensively up-dated in 2006. On the Pla de la Torre urbanisation between Bétera (10k) and Olocau (6k), Est has a tranquil setting and yet is just 30mins drive away from Valencia or the airport. Several very good international schools, with bus services, are all within 20 to 30 minutes drive. Any number of great beaches can be reached within 30 to 45mins. Riding schools in the nearby Sierra Calderona National Park offer lessons and trekking throughout the year. One of the best golf courses in Valencia is just outside Bétera.
